1. Divide your goals into groups– top, medium, low priority and not a priority. 2. Enter at least one goal in each of the categories #1-3. Use #4 as needed.

Contrast and compare all the quiz responses. Any surprises? Whose were most similar? Most different? Why? After a discussion, use the information to compile a list of behaviors, activities, and changes in routines that will support those goals.
